28 Sep PDS Group Open New Office in Perth, WA
PDS Group is thrilled to announce the expansion and opening of our Perth office. PDS Group clients want a consistent approach to their developments, and having a presence across the major capitals, we look forward to being able to offer our services across all Australia’s capital cities.
Perth is undergoing vast infrastructure projects and we are looking forward to managing more sites in Western Australia. Perth’s development industry is showing signs of an upturn after bottoming out this year, with population trends and consumer sentiment steady and beginning to show some signs of improvement. Perth has immense development potential and PDS Group is looking forward to being part of the city’s evolution.
Singapore based property developer Fragrance Group Limited has appointed PDS Group as Project Manager and Superintendent for its “NV” ($206m) residential and hotel development in Perth. “NV is an exceptional addition to our portfolio of large scale mixed use residential and hotel projects, and we are looking forward to the Murray Street development that will be a landmark in the precinct and to continue our strong relationship with Fragrance Group,” states Andrew Fortey, Managing Director PDS Group.
NV is a 33-level building with 401 apartments, including studio/offices, a restaurant and a café. The project also includes a 28-level hotel with 487 guest rooms and five restaurant tenancies. Probuild will construct both towers with works having commenced on site and completion expected in 2019.
PDS Group has worked with developer Fragrance Group on several major projects including Melbourne’s 555 Collins Street and Premier Tower contributing to the $6.5billion of development under PDS Group management across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and now Western Australia.
“Having an office in Perth allows PDS Group to service our eastern state clients interests in the west, along with establishing new relationships with WA based developers and property owners” says Andrew.
