PDS Group were proud to be a part of the successful delivery of the Town Planning Permit for the 474 St Kilda Road project, through a mediated VCAT process.
This is a landmark project comprising more than 400 dwellings, with the end vision to be a mix of high-end apartments and serviced hotel suites.
Working alongside an outstanding consulting team, Sunnyland Investment Group has entrusted PDS Group with ensuring the success of this mixed-use development; we hope to further assist in shaping this design during the projects next phase.
Upon completion, we expect this project to sit proudly amongst the many impressive buildings that form one of Melbourne’s most iconic boulevards – St Kilda Road.
