As the end of 2018 is well and truly imminent, our PDS Group offices around the country don’t appear to be slowing down as we take on a number of new and exciting projects nationally.
Life in the Sydney office continues to inspire our team as we expand our already unique portfolio with exciting opportunities from new and repeat clients. Over the last few months, we have taken on Development and Project Management roles for new projects in the mixed use and retail sectors. We continue to be impressed by the growth and development within the NSW market and are proud to be working on some of our industries most iconic projects.
Opera Residences – Bennelong Point
PDS Group are proud and honoured to announce that we have been chosen by Macrolink & Landream on their landmark project, Opera Residences. Opera Residences exudes luxury as it overlooks Australia’s iconic Sydney Harbour and the Opera House, with 104 high end apartments and four levels of retail and restaurant space for residents, locals and international visitors to enjoy.

182 St George’s Terrace & 167 St George’s Terrace
The appointment of PDS Group by Zone Q continues across the country in the commercial sector and our teams could not be happier. Zone Q have appointed PDS Group for the Ground Floor Foyer Reconfiguration works to 167 St George’s Terrace (Westralia Plaza) and 182 St George’s Terrace and completion of remaining floors to 182 St George’s Terrace, which follows on from our appointment in March 2018 for the floor refurbishment at 55 St George’s Terrace and at 182 St George’s Terrace.
Further to Perth’s commercial success, PDS Group was recently commissioned at Curtin University’s B611 Faculty of Science and Engineering Collocation project. The project comprises the amalgamation of a range of research functions for FETI (Fuels and Energy Technology Institute) currently spread across a number of facilities and the collocation within a bespoke, fit for purpose research facility.
Stephenson Street Offices, Cremorne
We are pleased to announce that PDS Group have been engaged by Create Commercial to manage the redevelopment of 88 Stephenson Street, Cremorne into a ground and first floor coffee roastery, with additional office levels above. This adds to the rapid increase of vibrant commercial developments happening in Cremorne; which is conveniently located a short walk from our Melbourne Office.
Blvd Gardens, Coburg (Residential)
Blvd Gardens is the latest development from Golden Peak Developments and consists of 49 Townhouses and 139 Tower Apartments in Coburg. PDS Group have recently been engaged as Project Managers for the development and look forward to working with Golden Peak Developments, a repeat client. The development has recently received planning approval and is currently undertaking a sales campaign with construction expected to commence early 2019.
Pullman Brisbane King George Square
PDS Group are excited to announce that work has commenced on an upgrade to the iconic ground floor restaurant and hotel bar at the 5-star Pullman Brisbane King George Square. PDS Group have been engaged to manage the procurement and delivery of the project which includes a complete refurbishment of the restaurant fronting King George Square. The project involves installation of luxury, high quality finishes and FFE.
